A publication from the Aviation Law Database Aviation Law Week is an e-letter (delivered at least forty times per year) which seeks to raise the standard of aviation safety in the United States by publishing relevant, timely information regarding trial proceedings and dispositions, appellate decisions, new filings, regulatory actions, administrative rulings, and safety data, as well as appropriate bibliographical information. It is not affiliated with any professional organization of lawyers, manufacturers or insurance companies.
